Mac FaceTime Camera issues - I can see my video but others cannot - way to reset app?
I've been struggling with this for a while now so hoping someone can point me in the direction or has battled this before. **Problem statement** I have a logitech Brio 4k camera hooked up to a M1 Max Mac Studio running latest Sequoia 15.2 (although had this same issue back to 14.x). When I try to FaceTime from the Mac I can select the Logitech brio without any issue and see my own video but the other end never sees my video. I can see their video and my own video just fine. **Troubleshooting so far** There is no option for FaceTime in the camera privacy settings and from what I read online Apple's own apps automatically get access. And it makes sense since I can see the video both in the preview pane and during an active call. I've tried the camera in other apps. Works fine in Photo Booth. Also installed LogiTune app and video shows just fine in that app. I tried to update the firmware via the logitune app and it says it's up to date at version 2.0.68. I've also tried doing the factory reset of the camera without any luck. Given the camera and video works fine in FaceTime and in other apps I think the camera is fine. I've changed the usb-c cable multiple times and same result. Also restarted FaceTime app / Mac multiple times. Using my iPhone 15 pro as camera I can see the video in FaceTime but others also can't my video so I'm starting to wonder if there is something wrong with my FaceTime install that somehow got corrupted or something. If so any ideas how I could flush all the files and fix? I'm trying to avoid doing a full on fresh macOS install but seem to be going in that direction.1
