Looking for help on sleep/display issue in Sequoia

Before I updated to sequoia I would have my MacBook Air (2020) automatically go to sleep at a certain time of night. It was in the energy saver settings. Those settings seem to have gone now that I’ve updated to Sequoia but it’s till putting my computer to sleep and I can’t figure out how to turn it off. Any idea where to start?? I also find that my MacBook Air Will fully restart after a period of inactivity (like, I’ll close my computer for on Friday afternoon then when I go to open it Saturday morning it is fully restarting) I also noticed today it said it “restarted because of a problem”. I have had no issues with this Mac until updating to sequoia, and trying to figure out if it’s an issue happening to anyone else. Any advice appreciated.
