Intermittent Keyboard Connectivity Issue with MacBook Air M2 in Clamshell Mode via Dock

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with my MacBook Air M2 when using it in clamshell mode. I connect it via a dock, which has two USB ports and one HDMI port. The HDMI port connects to my monitor, and a third-party keyboard (about 3-4 years old) connects through a USB cable. This keyboard is a Windows keyboard with a Windows button, which I also used previously with a Windows PC. Occasionally, the keyboard stops responding, and I have to disconnect and reconnect the dock to get it working again. The monitor continues to work fine, so it seems specific to the USB connection. So far, I've tried: * Checking the dock and ensuring all ports are fine. * Updating my MacBook to the latest version (15.2). * Confirming no firmware updates are available for the dock. Has anyone else experienced something similar or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
