iCloud Find My Mark As Lost will not finish it is in Pending mode, unblock code doesn't work, and there's no option to "turn off Mark as Lost" in icloud or iphone

Hi, last night I tried the icloud, Find my, Mark As Lost option to prevent the two macbooks been used unauthorized. However after setup Mark As Lost through my iPhone, both macbook's status are Pending till now like 10 hours after. I've went back and got access to the hardware, I tried to put in the lock code I set last night, it doesn't work at all. The code are definitely correct is the normal one I use and confirmed when setup. Searched online and some pointed out that I can use "Turn off Mark As Lost from iCloud or iphone" option, I looked everywhere in icould and iphone, in find my, however there's no such option anywhere. If I cick Pending status, it will just let me try to setup the lock code again. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
