Dock stuck

For my m1 MacAir, I have always used two external monitors with my laptop monitor and displaylink and had no problems. If I moved my mouse to a different screen and dragged it to the bottom, the dock would show up, just as I intended. All three monitors in a horizontal line. Computer updated to Sequoia 15.0 this morning and the dock would not move when I bring it to the bottom of a screen. 15.3 then popped up and I installed that. I toggled automatically hide and show dock. I made sure displays have separate spaces is enabled. Restarted my computer multiple times. I ran the displaylink cleaner and updated it. The dock will occasionally move between screens, maybe 1 out of 25 times. Is there anything I am missing? What could the problem be?
