Customize "sort by" Priority/Order

Is it possible to alter the way Mac OS sorts icons by "kind"? I'd like an Automator application on the top right corner of my desktop, but also want to keep everything sorted and tidy. I want icons organized by "kind" and "name", but would like to alter the order that these icons are sorted (i.e.: I want Automator applications as the highest priority followed by the default sort order). Is this possible? (2019 MacBook Pro; Sequoia 15.1.1; also posted on r/Mac) Thanks for your help y'all!
