Ctrl-tab issues on new Apple keyboard

Hi, The new Apple touch-screen keyboard has altered the layout of the Ctrl and Option keys. The Option key physically sits where the Ctrl key used to sit. I frequently use the Ctrl-tab shortcut to cycle through tabs. As a result of the keyboard design change, it is much more difficult to use the Ctrl-tab shortcut to cycle through tabs. Can I set a keyboard shortcut to assign Option-tab combination to cycle through tabs? If so, how?
