Cannot Use Software Despite Upgrading Mac

I'm using a desktop Mac made in late 2013, so I have had plenty of issues when it comes to using updated software. I recently found a tutorial for upgrading the OS on my Mac and now currently have OS 13 (Ventura) installed on my desktop. However, one software I want to use, Blender, still doesn't work despite upgrading to a compatible operating system.
