Bluetooth Mouse choppy on macos

I recently baught a mac mini m4 512gb and baught a bluetooth mouse to avoid using the dongle in usb c ports. The mouse came with 2.4gz dongle and Bluetooth 5. while using the mouse with dongle it works super smooth with my 144hz display but the moment I switch to bluetooth 5 the smoothness drops to half of the dongle and not only that, if during the usage I left my mouse idle for some time or if mac mini sleeps, the frames of cursor drops to somewhere around 20. Turning mouse on/off didn't work and It's so frustrating to restart my mac everytime to resolve the issue until I found a workaround, By running this command to kill the bluetooth in mac `sudo pkill bluetoothd` the bluetooth service restarts and my mouse smoothness restores to normal but it disconnects all bluetooth devices including mouse, keyboard and headphone etc. I am looking for a permanent solution to this problem and I guess the problem is within the macos not the mouse becuase killing bluetooth in mac is resolving the issue.
