Looking for budget Interior Designer

Hey Folks, my family has just moved into new 2bhk, I guess it's close to 900sqft including the parking area. Looking for a budget friendly interior designer for a modular kitchen setup and wardrobe for the rooms I am not sure if it's will be possible but can this be done under a lakh ?
