Help regarding birth certificate

Hi everyone, I'm in a tricky situation. I urgently need birth certificate for visa purpose. The original document is lost and sadly the nursing home where I was born is no longer operational. 1. Is there a way I can get a birth certificate issued online? If no, what's the other process? 2. What documents would I need? Any lead would be super helpful. Thanks in advance.
