Fake reviews by doctors in lucknow on google reviews

I rely a lot on google reviews for everything. Recently i was searching for dentist and saw doctors with rating of 4.9 on google reviews. I thought they might be really good doctors but i found the reviews were fake. I checked for other doctors of different fields and found that almost everyone with a rating of 4.8 and above is using fake reviews. The only tell tale sign of fake reviews is that most reviews are of people who have done only 1 or 2 reviews and there are no reviews from people who are active reviewers on google. So beware and dont trust google reviews for doctors in Lucknow.
