Tunday Kebab ka Keema

Hey everyone, I’m going home for NY and I promised some of my friends that I’d bring keema/kebabs from Tunday for them. but I’m a bit skeptical if the keema/kebabs will stay fresh for around 5-6 hours. I’m planning on buying it a night before I leave, then taking it home and refrigerating it throughout the night. The next day I’m gonna put it in my bag and reaching Mumbai would take around 5-6 hours(2-2:30 hours at the airport and a 2-2:30 hour flight then another hour of travelling) and then refrigerating them again. Has anyone else done this?(planning on getting it from Chowk)
