# Key Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** * Engage with customers to understand their musical needs, offer product recommendations, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. * Provide expert advice on musical instruments, accessories, and equipment. * Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting. * **Sales and Upselling:** * Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and suggesting add-ons like accessories and services (e.g., instrument tuning, repairs). * Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and brand loyalty. * Assist in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies. * **Inventory Management:** * Monitor stock levels and ensure that inventory is well-organized and accurately maintained. * Perform stock audits and assist in ordering new inventory as required. * Assist in receiving and inspecting shipments of musical instruments and accessories. * **Store Operations:** * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with products displayed effectively. * Handle store opening and closing procedures, including cash register operation and end-of-day reconciliation. * Assist with maintaining and restocking product displays and shelves. * **Product Knowledge and Training:** * Continuously update knowledge on new musical instrument trends, brands, and technology. * Participate in product training sessions and share knowledge with customers and staff. * **Team Collaboration:** * Work closely with other sales associates and management to meet team goals. * Assist in training new employees on sales techniques, store processes, and product knowledge. # Qualifications: * **Experience:** This opportunity is for both Freshers and Experienced person. * Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly in music, musical instruments, or a related field. * Familiarity with various musical instruments (e.g., guitars, keyboards, drums, brass, and woodwinds) and equipment (e.g., amplifiers, pedals, and recording gear). * **Skills:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Basic computer skills (POS system, inventory management software, and email communication). * Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset. * **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent; degree in music, business, or a related field is a plus. # Working Conditions: * Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.5
