Fraudulent online shopping

I was buying clothes from ROBERT BROWN WHOLESALE store (33, Ambedkar Sarani, Bengal Ambuja Housing Complex, Near, Ambuja, Durgapur, West Bengal 713216, India). First, I saw their WhatsApp group where they claimed the clothes were original. They shared photos of original shirts and jeans and asked for payment. On February 10, 2025, I made a payment of Rs. 349 for 1 uspolo shirt mentioned Land road charges 310 rs said if it seems too much order 2 3 items , followed by Rs. 750 on February 11, and Rs. 288 for courier charges, making a total of Rs. 1435. On February 12, I asked whether the clothes were original or a master copy, and they lied, saying they were mastrcopy, opposite to what was promised that clothes are original.When I insisted on a refund, they refused, claiming that it wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions. They also mentioned an additional amount of 760 rs C.R. (copyright billing charge) is to be paid. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they kept denying it. When i tried calling multiple times, they didn't pick up the phone and only communicated via WhatsApp, responding only on the evening of February 12, even though i had been trying to reach them since morning. Every time I insist for refund all he says that bill has been raised for 3 items ( Tommy jeans 2 uspa shirts) and cannot be cancelled no money will be refunded,not in terms and conditions of the company, can't he repay the amount from his own account if so is not allowed from company's account the company is based in Kolkata Robert brown wholesale store and I am from Lucknow.total amount is 1435 rs.
