Is anyone renting an extra room out between Palarivattom and Ravipuram?

Hey, so me and my friend(working professionals-one in thoppumpady and another in vyttila) are looking for a place to stay in the following areas: Palarivattom, Kaloor, Town Hall, MG Road, Ravipuram, Kochu Kadavanthra, Thevara. We both want to share a room, and ideal if it's in an already occupied apartment. Our budget is 8-8.5k combined. We will only be at home at nights on weekdays, and only on some weekend. We are both men, and we keep clean and mind our business usually. Do revert if you or anyone you know has an extra room they're looking to rent. Would be a great help!
