How much profit should I share with an investing business partner?

I have been into restaurant and cafe's marketing. I got this opportunity to run and manage a small scale food business. For this I need 2 lakh investment. I am ok to share 8k per month as profit share against the investment. After three months I can hike the profit share. The investment is refundable at any time with a 1 month notice period. From an investor point of view Is this a good profit share? It is a kitchen near aluva. The idea is to run this kitchen for 6 months. If everything falls into the right place I wish to start a fusion restaurant at Kakkanad or kaloor. I got the employees and other related things. The investor will be a partner in the fusion restaurant too. This kitchen is a starter and fusion restaurant is the main course.
