Hi guys, an urgent help. Need to find a doctor that can treat skin hyper sensitivity. Skin is darkening day by day.

Hi Guys my brother is comming to kochi to get treated for his skin problem. He has skin hypersensitivity and skin is getting darker. He's very depressed abt it. Anyone know any dermatologists that are good in this specific area for skin darkening. He was suggested some injections, but wants opinions from other drs as well. Any help / reference much appreciated. Thanks.
