Which is the best profit sharing option for an investor?

I am planning to onboard a finanacial partner to my ongoing business. Following are the key points. Let me know your inputs. Business : Consulting - Digital marketing - IT Projects Business model : B2B & B2C Location : All Kerala Fund requirement : 2-4 lakh Rs Fund utilization : Business development , Lead generation, Marketing , Sales There will be 2 options when it comes to investor returns. optio 1. A fixed monthly dividend for the investment + 15% yearly profit share option 2. Project wise equal profit sharing. So my question is which policy is better for an investor? PS : Reason for inviting an investor : Getting more projects and need a strong financial partner to smoothly finish the projects.
