Waist coat stitching

Hai people, I am looking for a good and affordable tailor to stitch a waist coat for me . I have already purchased the Blazer and pant . But without the waist coat it’s not looking as great as I expected. I am already broke after purchasing the coat so please suggest an affordable one . Thanks in advance
