Looking for Football Coaching for Beginners (Adults)

Hi everyone, I'm 25 years old(M). Due to social anxiety, I never really went out much during my childhood. But now, I have a strong desire to learn football—not to become a professional player, just to play and enjoy the game. Are there any institutes or academies in Ernakulam that teach football basics to adults like me? Many of the academies I inquired about offer coaching only for children. So I'd appreciate any suggestions for adult-friendly football clubs, coaching sessions, or open grounds where amateurs and beginners like me can play.
