Kochi to Munnar on a 125cc Scooter (with pillion)
There isn't a lot of information about this online and whatever there is people kind of say it's not possible, that the bike won't handle it, MAYBE alone but not with a pillion etc. I just wated to put out a PSA that I did it with a pillion and it was totally fine, we also had all our baggage with us so the scooter was carrying about 200kg of weight overall. At no point did the inclines feel too steep or anything along those lines. Also a lot of questions about the "difficulty" of the ride. Again I found this fine. I rode a motorbike in Australia (city off 300k people) for maybe 6 months and had ridden a scooter around South East Asia for a couple months beforehand. I found it totally fine and had no idea what people were talking about with it being a difficult ride? Although I would probably not recommend it for a total beginner, if you're reasonably confident I'd say it's totally okay. I will say though we did each way over 2 days, staying at a half way point. We are in India for a couple of months and we are in no rush. I would not recommend doing the whole trip on a scooty in one go, as even just half way felt like quite a journey with that model. If anyone is curious about the model is was an NTORQ 125 which you can see more about here: [https://www.tvsmotor.com/tvs-ntorq](https://www.tvsmotor.com/tvs-ntorq)2
