Full furnished apartment in Cochin for short term

Hi all, due to some treatment and follow up have to stay in Cochin for 45 days from Feb 3rd week. Looking full furnished apartment 3 BHK in Cochin with budget 30-35K. Last time got an apartment near marine drive but it was already booked and not available. Any recommendations?? Note: checked Airbnb but all are beyond budget
