Delhivery and Consumer Court

I have noticed online how bad of a rep **Delhivery**'s services have, but sadly I got to know this after my package was shipped and now it is delayed by 15 days. It is stuck somewhere and I do not know where or when I'll get it. After raising multiple tickets, I still have no solid information on where it is or when I'll get it. So, I ended up filing a grievance with Consumer Court, but the company keeps responding with generic automated responses about how they'll resolve it at the earliest (same thing they have been mailing me regarding my tickets.) I had sent my package a little in advance, just in case there would be a small delay, but that window has passed and now it is really urgent. I have checked out two of their facilities, one of which is the one the website says it is at and it is not there. I wanted to know if anyone has gone through similar steps and if Consumer court has proved helpful to you in regards to **Delhivery** services. Or if there is any other solution there is, that has been tried and worked for anyone.
