Travancore river song?

Hello, fellow malayalis :) My appachan just sang a song about the rivers of travancore. I don't know the title or lyrics. But it was basically about the 12 or 15 rivers that were there during the travancore kingdom (pre kerala formation) Appachan learnt it when he was in 4th. So, it's a pretty old song :) If anyone knows the lyrics or anything, could you please send a link or write the lyrics to it? It'll be a great help! Thanks in advance :)
