Income generation from a 6.65 cents plot .

Owning a 6.65 cents plot which is 1 kms from a main town based at Kozhikode..it's a square plot with well built compound wall and a well with water in abundance throughout the year....I wish not to construct a house there or sell it ( average market value is 6 lakh per cent )....It's not a prime area , but will surely develop in a matter of 3-5 years. Which would be a better option among this for a good income generation ? 1. A 2000 sq ft godown / warehouse ( around 20k - 30k rent can be made ) 2. Goat / cattle related farming 3. Vegetation related business 4. Fishery related business Any suggestions other that this are welcome , Thanks in advance
