My nephew (9M) is non-verbal autistic, and has been undergoing speech and occupational therapy for years. His parents want to immigrate some place that has a decent welfare program for his type of disability. We are middle-class, and his father has worked in operations mostly in shipping companies in the gulf. I can help them with some financial capital if needed, up to 1 cr.
