16 years as undertrial prisoner: Kerala Muslim youth Zakariya still in jail under draconian UAPA

This is clearly injustice. Either the court should punish him or acquit him. It is inhuman to put someone in jail as an undertrial for 16years(he was arrested when he was 19 years old). Give him the harshest punishment if he is guilty, but atleast finish the case's trial.
