I see mold very frequently in Kerala. Are people not aware about its health impact or are most people somehow immune to it?

Mold can cause respiratory problems, skin issues, infections, and black mold can even have neurological effects (confusion, fatigue, hallucinations etc). It’s taken very seriously in many countries. I’m surprised to see it everywhere in Kerala.
