Looking for Football Coaching for Beginners (Adults)

Hi friends, എനിക് 25 വയസ്സുണ്ട്(M). ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒക്കെ social anxiety കാരണം എവിടെയും പുറത്തോട്ടൊന്നും ഇറങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ എന്തോ football കളിക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ട്. Pro player ആകാൻ ഒന്നുമല്ല. Just ഒന്ന് കളി അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കാനും enjoyment വേണ്ടിയുമാണ്. കേരളത്തിൽ എവിടെയെങ്കിലും(preferably ernakulam or kottayam) ഈ പ്രായത്തിലുള്ളവരെ football basics തൊട്ട് പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന institutes ഉണ്ടോ? I'd appreciate any suggestions for adult-friendly football clubs, coaching sessions, or open grounds where amateurs and beginners like me can play
