Sharp glass in my mouth from farm kitchen fish pickles plastic bottle!

Location: UK, Coventry Shop purchased from is Mum & Dads Super Market Coventry at 148-150, Clay Ln, Coventry CV2 4LT Grabbed some fish pickle for about eight quid last night, tried it today. Guess what? I bit into a shard of glass! Thankfully, I'm okay. Just wanted to warn everyone to watch out when buying this stuff! The shop was really sorry, offered a refund, and said they'd report it. I sent them a voice note and pics.
