I broke my leg before semester exams

I need y'all help..day before yesterday I met with an accident and had a knee surgery. it'll take more than 2 months to recover.. my semester exams are staring from 20/01/2025.what are the possible ways I can give exams or slip away from exams. Please help🙏(My college is ICAR affiliated, Chandrasekhar Azad University of agriculture and technology)
