American expat, looking for a nice little neighborhood in town, can you help?

I’m moving to Jodhpur and I’m looking for a neighborhood that fits my lifestyle. I’m really into motorcycle culture—both riding and being around other riders. Hanging out at motorcycle cafes/ bars, that kind of thing. I also love small local owned bars and cafés, outdoor bazaars and markets, and being close to green spaces. I don't like places that are chains, or look like chains. I like little "hole in the wall" places, as we say. I’d like to be within about 20 minutes of the Polo grounds, but it's not a must. I don’t need to be in a super touristy or high-end area—just somewhere that has a good local vibe and a bit of character. In fact, I don't really like high-end areas, I prefer more middle of the road to even lower middle. That's a little more genuine in it's lifestyle. I'm not scared of a little poverty nearby, that don't bother me. But I don't want to live in a really swanky area, as I don't like swanky. I prefer something with say- apartments over shops- I don't need a lot of room, I'm a bachelor. Are there any neighborhoods that fit this description? Would love to hear from locals or people familiar with the city. Much obliged.
