Manufacturing Engineering Jobs in India

Hi All. I am a Manufacturing Engineer working with one of the big 3 in Detroit. I am the first person from my family to visit Canada. I am on TN Visa working in the US and an OCI card holder. I have around 12 years experience in the Automotive Industry (BIW, Tooling and Fixtures). Off late due to the nature of my job involving travelling most of the time, my family life is getting off balance and I am wondering if there is any scope for relocating back to India. Anyone here who can share their experience on how Automotive jobs are in India? What can I expect for pay? I have experience launching new model vehicles from ABIW thru plant install and into vehicle production. Can handle projects from cradle to grave by myself. Thank you for your inputs
