Indian service companies (Zeπ$ar) job security - Received an offer for a Solution architect. Should I join?

I am a 15+ years experienced Salesforce architect and received an offer from an Indian service company based out in Pune. Now this particular company which is actually a child company of a major Indian tyre manufacturing company, is well known for its hire and fire policy. They are known to fire new employees in months. The internet is full of their horror layoff stories. But my offer is good enough in current market scenario and I don't have many options. Should I join them?
