Not 18f can I get any quota ?

I have a herniated disc , it's very hard to study , whenever I study iam usually in pain , Still I try my best , got 88 in 1st attempt ( am general so 88 is useless ) . Does herniated disc count as PWD or any other quota , tell me pretty pls 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️😐
