i am done with life and gonna suicide now

what can i even say? i fucked my jee got diseases throughout the year...dont know anything in class 12th and my parents will marry me off if i fail this they hate me aswell...i dont see nay hope....i can do whatever it takes to pass in physics ,...but idk from where to start......and i have done nothin gin ped too (online + dummy)
