Health Issues

I don't know if this is relevant to this sub or not, but almost after every two and a half weeks I have this weird pain in back of my head down my backside of the neck and lower back, due to this I feel lethargic and tired, not having the positive energy to study, totally full feeling , and like full day I feel like tired and sleepy. it's actually concerning me and I am worried, 2 saal chair pe baithne ke baad ye natija
