International Driving Licence

Anyone recently applied for international driving licence recently from parivahan portal ? Earlier it used to come by just applying online and paying the fees, recently looks like they've added a last step of RTO visit too. Wanted to check if that is only for DL/LL or IDP too ? Thanks in advance !
