No cash accepted at pvr TI mall

Why is the pvr management forcing people to pay only using upi or card. The alternative to cash they are saying is 500 rs ka gift card cash se lelo aur use that. Using digital payment is good but you cannot force that on the customer. Anyway how we can raise a complaint against this
