Voicemail airtel

Hey everyone, I had set up voicemail on my Airtel SIM and was able to listen to my voicemails by dialing 52555 when I was in my home circle. However, after moving to Mumbai, dialing 52555 now asks me to enter a callback number followed by #. I'm not sure what number to enter or how to access my voicemails in this new circle. Has anyone faced this issue before? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
