My Samsung Galaxy M51 slows down after certain hours after every restart, What to do?

It is almost like after some hours more than 10 hrs, it behaves like someone actually programmed a delay of 5-10 seconds between every touch interaction. 1. Whenever my mobile used to feel slow, i would just restart it and it used to work fine. 2. I was doing the same thing untill a few weeks ago. 3. From few weeks after a certain hours after i restart it, it becomes too slow, the touch interaction gets delayed 5-10 seconds, why is it happening? 4. After restarting it it works perfectly fine until after certain hours, What should i do?
