Is it worth getting s23 ultra now?

S23 ultra is like the perfect device for me rn, changing fron samsung to another samsung plus I get a decent deal of the 256gb variant. The only this stopping me is like the nodel is pretty old right? Should I still go for it like from a perspective of future updates and all? Or wait for s25 to drop so s24 price is powered but I doubt s24 would get lowered much tho. Help a brother out pls
