How do you live so calmly with less then ₹500 in your bank account?

In the past month I met so many people who don't even have ₹500 saved in their account or in hand and line so happily with so worry or tension, they were all laughing, talking, going on about their lives, like everything was fine. Like if I had that little amount, I would be in soo much tension, I couldn't think Amit anything else. How do you guys do it?
