Married TV Actors and Infidelity

Do you guys think, like in Bollywood, married TV actors sometimes hook up on set since they spent so much time with their co-actors? And do you feel it's normal to develop feelings or some sort of attraction toward the actor they shoot romantic scenes? I remember hearing that Rajan Shahi made Rohit Purohit sign no dating clause but I don't think it was really necessary since his and Sheena's bond bond look quite strong.
