Renewable Energy Milestone: Masdar Partners with L&T for World’s Largest Solar and Battery Project

Indian construction giant [Larsen & Toubro](https://solarquarter.com/2025/01/28/renewable-energy-milestone-masdar-partners-with-lt-for-worlds-largest-solar-and-battery-project/) (L&T) has been selected by Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) as one of the preferred engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors for the northern site of the world’s first 24/7 solar PV and battery storage gigascale project. The landmark project is set to be developed in the UAE capital.
