These High beam light are real issue, almost died last night

Last night I was heading home and a car had his high beam ON inside the city, on an regular road of t opposite lane and at the same time a burgmen also had his lights on with the car behind it, I got blinded by the light and couldn't see any thing upfront in my lane and hit a tempo which was ahead of me luckily I was slow enough to break and control and still hit it, and a bike behind me hit me, and my vehicle is Fucked. Even couldn't see for a while. Same reason the tempo driver gave me that he couldn't see anything ahead so he slowed down, as well the bike behind who hit me. Even two wheeler these days are coming with LEDs and DRL Headlights which have bright lights. Seriously guys please don't use high beam inside the city u don't need that just use regular low beam light, especially the guys on bike and scooty u don't need those fucking lights on when u are in city, we have enough Streetlights. Just use it when u are on a dark road and street. My vehicle is Fucked, people are getting blinded on road because of these lights, use some common sense, be logical when something is bothering you it means it's bothering others aswell.
