Scammed by Myntra/Kart Logistics

After ordering for over 2 decades online This is the first time such sort of scam has happened with me So I am a loyal customer of myntra for over a decade. Most of my wardrobe is from myntra. Never thought something like this can happen with them. Ordered total 6 items from myntra. ldeally they should have arrived in 3 separate parcel as they were from 3 different sellers. 2 items from 2 different parcels are missing One package was torn and taped over so this one i get that someone from the logistics chain stole it. But one of the parcel was intact and it is missing 1 qty out of 4. So missing 1 qty from flipkart logistics and one from myntra hub itself that too on a single order. The delivery guy seemed honest he is a regular he himself told me to check if the item has not been replaced. I opened the package but since the item was correct I accept it. Then i enqured about the other sweat shirt which was not there but showing as out for delivery. He said it might come later with a different person so i didn't pay much thought to it and took the delivery As soon as he left and marked the items as delivered both missing items started showing as delivered Called him right back and he said he's gonna ask the warehouse. But i know nothings gonna happen on that front. Entire order was prepaid even if it was COD there was hardly a chance I could have caught it. I have raised the complaint to myntra support and they have created a ticket(IMHO They should have ordered a replacement at least.) The amount i lost was around 1k i can live with that but what if it was something expensive? There's very high chance I may not get my money back but I created this post to create awareness that anyone can get scammed
