Dehradun shop signages are syncing to hard

I just got to Dehradun, and guess what? Every shop has the same theme for their signs. (Alt text) - It’s got a brown background and bold white text. Even big international brands are using it. I’m totally digging it! It makes things so much easier for people with abilities and disabilities. Sure, it might start to look a bit monotonous after a while, but I think it also gives a nice personality to the city. Unlike some other towns where every sign is trying to be the most attention-grabbing thing ever. Bigger, brighter, weirder, and uglier. I’m curious, what’s the official reason behind this decision?
