Husky is in danger i guess

So, I go jogging once a week in Hyderabad, Telangana, and there's this Husky I’ve been seeing for over a year now. When I first noticed it, it was still young, but weirdly, it hasn’t grown much since then. It’s barely around 1.5 to 2 feet tall. Now, I know Huskies aren’t meant for hot climates like Hyderabad. Looking for apartments in Kondapur.

We have been searching for apartments to purchase in Hyderabad near Kondapur. I see newer apartments are much smaller and expensive whereas older apartments like 15 year old look much bigger and strong. Is it worth buying an older apartment in a very good location or better to go for a newer apartment? What are the possible problems if I buy an apartment which is about 18years old but in a prime location ?
